A value that looks wrong

Tell us which page and which row, what you think the value should be, and where you found it. A link to the maker’s data sheet or help page is the most useful thing you can send, because the charts give each maker’s own figures.

An empty spool that is missing

If you weighed an empty spool that the chart does not list, send the brand, the spool as you would describe it (its color, its size, plastic or cardboard) and the weight your scale showed. Say whether the spool still had a cardboard core inside, because a core can add 50 g.

An idea for a tool

Tell us what you want to work out or look up, and what you would type into it. A question you ask yourself at the printer is a good place to start.

For anything about your data, write to the same address. The privacy page says what the site keeps, which is very little.
